Return Window:
You may return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Return Eligibility:
Products must be in original condition, with tags attached
Footwear must be clean and undamaged
Clearance items and final sale items are non-returnable unless defective

We will provide a return address and instructions
Ship the item back using a trackable service (customer is responsible for return shipping)
Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days
Defective or Wrong Items:
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
